This is totally mind blowing! I have NO idea what this guy is doing but I know it's beautiful and awesome in the true sense of the word!
The Forgotten Circus - Shelly Love
Fantastic short film my dad and I found. I don't really think I can introduce or give an explination of this. Just watch and have your mind blown:

Sophie Blackall
Let's start with something traditionally artistic, shall we?
Sophie Blackall, very possibly my favourite (living) artist. She generally know for her illustrations of children's books (Ruby's Wish, Ivy & Bean series, etc.) but you may also know her (if at all) from her rather popular illustrations of Missed Connections posts. Missed Connections started on Craig's List and then sprung off into it's own website, you can find some pretty cool posts on there. She's illustrating the posts in New York right now and prints of her work are available for sale on Etsy.com (you can find a link on her blog).
Here are a few samples of her Missed Connections work:

She's quite whitty and creative and enjoys placing small animal skulls on old baby doll's bodies...cool. I think you'll like her, check her out.

Blog Intro!!!
Alright, so this is a blog all about art. Every form of art, meaning not just paintings and drawings and photographs but also dancing and film and sculpture and acting and literature and poetry and pottery and thoughts and music and if I missed something I'll surely include it at some point. I tend to find some pretty cool stuff and I find it pretty often (usually with the help of my dad) so I should update quite a lot. Posting new artists and movies and actors and pictures and paintings and poems that I find. Most likely none of my own work but the work of others who I believe deserve some more exposure. I'll also include artistic ideas and tips to help you and keep you entertained.
So, hope ya'll enjoy, first post coming soon!
P.S. If you have a cool piece of art or artist you want me to talk about then let me know and I'll try to work it in. Got a friend who's an artist? Are you an artist? I'll do my best to shamelessly promote you!
